I have set this delicate teardrop of hand polished B.C. Jade in hammered brass and swirls of wire which I hand forge and polish.
I make my own patina to create the deep forest green patterns on the surface of the brass. I allow it to develop and age for 3 years before I continue the process of designing the brooch composition.
Consider each brooch a miniature work of art which has its own history and tells its own story.
